Joe Biden’s doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, explained why a Parkinson’s expert came to the White House no less than eight times in eight months. Dr. Kevin Cannard, according to O’Connor, is a “neurological specialist who performed President Biden’s annual physical exam.”
O’Connor’s letter, made public late on Monday, July 8, affirms that Cannard’s numerous visits to the White House do not constitute an examination of Biden because the physician is also in charge of other patients. According to ABC News, his letter states, “[Cannard] has held regular Neurology clinics at the White House Medical Clinic before the pandemic, and following its end, in support of the thousands of active-duty members assigned in support of White House operations.”
